We stand behind our products. For any unworn, undamaged product, Pangea Coins and Jewelry will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method as long as the item is returned unworn in its original condition. Pangea warrants any pre-owned product purchased from its agencies to be free of defects in material and workmanship in normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months from the Date of Purchase.
