We stand behind our products. For any unworn, undamaged product, Pangea Coins and Jewelry will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method as long as the item is returned unworn in its original condition. Special orders, engraved items, custom products, final or promotional sales are not eligible for return. Please see Returns & Exchanges for more information. Pangea warrants any pre-owned product purchased from its agencies to be free of defects in material and workmanship in normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months from the Date of Purchase.
